All members of the North Wilts u3a are very welcome to come along to special film showings once a month. We have a small group who choose the film each month, if you would like to have a say, contact Meg (see above).

Reel cinema invites us to a hot drink for £1.00 before the film so there is time from 10:00 - 10:30 to catch up with friends, or make new ones, in the foyer before the film.

We meet at Reel Cinema on Marshfield Rd Chippenham on the fourth Tuesday of the month, doors open at 10:00am to purchase tickets at £4.00 plus tea or coffee for £1:00, screening starts at 10:30.  There is disabled access and a separate screening with subtitles for those who require them.

There will be no film in May as the 4th Tuesday is in Half-Term and the cinema has a programme for children.

On 23rd June 2026 we will be showing:

The Devil Wears Prada is a 2006 American comedy-drama film directed by David Frankel and produced by Wendy Finerman. The screenplay, written by Aline Brosh McKenna, is based on the 2003 novel by Lauren Weisberger. The film stars Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Stanley Tucci, and Emily Blunt. It follows Andy Sachs (Hathaway), an aspiring journalist who gets a job at a fashion magazine but finds herself at the mercy of her demanding editor, Miranda Priestly (Streep).
