We have had two meetings. In September we looked at the life and works of Sibelius and in contrast the second half of the afternoon we listened to music of Bolivian pipes. In October we concentrated on the life of Grieg, his Peer Gynt suite and his only piano concerto followed by music with snow and ice theme.  

This year we have studied Scriabin, and Prokofiev, and will move on to some of our English composers for the summer.
