The intention is to develop hand embroidery skills, with some mixed media work. As the name suggests, we work in any medium of thread work, ie knitting, crochet, embroidery, patchwork. We will always welcome new ‘stitchers'. There is a wide range of experience within the group, mainly self-taught. We enjoy working on various projects. A few of us enjoy embroidery, others knitting, patchwork and also crochet. Some of our work is depicted below.
We have no meetings in August or December and are limited to 8 people in the library.
